Holly was on the Frogs since the age of 4, following in the footsteps of her older siblings April, Tara, and Matthew and swam for 14 years as a member of the team. She began swimming year round at the age of 5 on Amberjax and later on QDD. She swam three years for Hylton HS, qualifying for Regionals all three years. Holly began coaching for the Frogs in 2013 and has continued to swim as well. She has worked as a lifeguard for at Waterworks Waterpark and now at the Prince William Aquatics Center and is certified in CPR and First Aid by the American Heart Association. Holly spent time during her senior year volunteering child care services at Dumfries Elementary School and was a babysitter for multiple families. She is currently attending Northern Virginia Community College with the intent of transferring to George Mason University to become an elementary school teacher. Although a shoulder injury has limited her ability to swim, Holly has always loved the sport of swimming and has discovered that coaching is the most rewarding way to stay involved with the sport that she loves.
